Russia halted oil shipments to Poland after pipeline operator Transneft failed to receive the necessary documents for the crude to leave the country. The producer of the oil that was supposed to be delivered to Poland in the last days of February did not send shipping orders or payment for the transit, Transneft spokesman Igor Dyomin said on Monday. A boy was hospitalized Monday after a car crashed into a canal in southwest Miami-Dade. The incident happened in a canal in the area of Southwest 127th Avenue and Southwest 232nd Street. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said the boy was removed from the car and taken to a local hospital. His condition was unknown.
