TOOELE County, Utah – Police shot through a window and pulled an unconscious 12-year-old girl from a car submerged in a Utah reservoir on Saturday. A woman and a child had escaped from the vehicle that swept into Settlement Canyon Reservoir in Tooele County before police arrived.
