A woman was arrested Sunday after police say she stole a car that was being cleaned at a car wash in Fairfield. The incident happened around 4:19 p.m. After the suspect jumped into the vehicle and drove off, police were able to track the vehicle on Flock Safety, a license plate reading program. Police said the suspect first traveled south and then north on Sunset Avenue before driving west on East Travis, where he passed officers who were at the car wash who took the initial report. Officers were able to stop the vehicle and Davina Wilson, 39, was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail. No other details have been released. Stay with KCRA 3 for the latest.
