The suspect vehicle involved in a shooting in Over-the-Rhine on Wednesday has been recovered. The car was located around 12:30 pm in the area of Keen Avenue, near Bond Hill. Cincinnati police confirmed the car was recovered and is now being processed by the investigative unit. Officers were canvassing the neighborhood and the car was towed. It is unclear at this time if the car was dumped at the scene or if police believe there are any suspects in the area. Cincinnati police released surveillance video Thursday showing the moment shots were fired in the shooting of four people, including three. children, Wednesday in Over-the-Rhine. Theetge said there was more than one shooter in the vehicle. Theetge said the shooting may have been targeted. Theetge said it does not appear the juveniles and the adult were together and that the three juveniles were walking down the street when it happened. It is unclear if any suspects have been identified or arrested. Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge said the victims include an adult man in his 20s and three youths, ages 10, 14 and 15. The man was taken to UC Hospital; The minors were taken to the Children’s Hospital. Theetge said the victim’s injuries are not life-threatening. “We as a city, I don’t care who you are, you should not tolerate this kind of behavior in this city, in broad daylight,” Theetge said. “They’re not going to get away with it.” The investigation closed off parts of East McMicken Avenue and Walnut Street Wednesday afternoon, and police said by the end there were 50 evidence markers in the streets “I just heard the shots, they sounded like fireworks. And just I saw people running,” Stefan Pryor said. According to data provided by the city of Cincinnati, there have been 14 shooting incidents in Over-the-Rhine since January 1 of this year.
