UTA Edenred customers can now use their UTA Card to make purchases at the chain’s locations nationwide.
JET Tankstellen Austria and UTA Edenred have entered into a new partnership to include the brand’s service stations in the mobility service provider’s network. Now, Edenred has expanded its services from 1,640 stations to 1,800 throughout the Alpine Republic.
At any JET location, customers can now use their UTA card to purchase car accessories, lubricants and car washes, as well as diesel and petrol. In addition, any customer who has a car wash card can benefit from an eighth car wash for free.
“Thanks to the cooperation with UTA Edenred, we are now entering the fuel card business and not only tap into new customer segments, but also generate additional volumes and sales at our existing locations,” said Gerhard Entholzer, director of JET Tankstellen Austria Fleetcard.
The UTA Edenred acceptance network across Europe now includes more than 79,000 acceptance points in 40 countries thanks to this new partnership. In addition to service stations, UTA customers also have access to a charging network consisting of more than 415,000 charging points.
JET Tankstellen Austria GmbH is part of Phillips66 and currently operates 160 gas stations in Austria. The brand is the only fuel retailer in the country that allows fuel purchases to be processed both in-store and directly at the pump.
