New Holland Agriculture launches its new TH7.32 telescopic manipulator | It can lift objects up to 7m, has a capacity of 3.2t and offers a spacious and ultra-comfortable cabin with a 360° view. | Able to tackle any task on the farm, this stable and maneuverable machine has a 4×3 powershift transmission, a hydraulic flow rate of 140 litres/min and a powerful 98 kW engine that produces 549 Nm of torque at 1,500 r/min .
New Holland Agriculture’s impressive display of machinery at NAMPO Harvest Day 2023 featured several exciting new offerings, including this year’s main event: the launch of the TH7.32 telehandler, a new addition to the extensive range of agricultural equipment of the company.
According to Jaco du Preez, New Holland Agriculture Marketing Director, New Holland telescopic handlers have continued to offer an unrivaled combination of performance, reliability and affordability for over 20 years. “Designed for applications such as material handling, yard work and stacking large bales, the new TH7.32 is the ideal choice for arable, mixed farm and contract applications. It is the default choice for to demanding agricultural and contract operators, with its high power-to-weight ratio enabling it to deliver exceptional performance in the most demanding applications,” he said.
Productivity improvement functions
The TH7.32 benefits from an all-new PowerShift™ 4×3 transmission, which provides smoother shifting and shifting performance resulting in a better driving experience. In accordance with Tier 3 emissions standards, improved performance and economy are associated with improved comfort and reduced operating costs. The ultimate cabin sets a benchmark for low noise and comfort.
Best-in-class 600-hour service intervals ensure the machine stays busy working for longer. A large one-piece hood gives full access to the engine compartment and the lower side panels can be opened to give even more access to the engine. Engine oil, water coolant, air filter, radiators and all the daily checks are easy to check and repair. The radiators fold away for excellent cleaning access.
High comfort and ergonomics
The new TH model features an advanced cab design that offers improved comfort, noise suppression and visibility for maximum productivity at all times. The new LED light option can produce up to 25,000 lumens of combined lighting power to turn night into day and increase safety and productivity.
New Holland has taken its established experience in tractor cab design and applied it to the 360° vision cab. Offering class-leading space and comfort, the cab offers excellent all-round visibility with an unrivaled view of the front of the carriage and forks when fully lowered. During work, this additional visibility significantly increases productivity.
A seat-mounted joystick is available for ergonomic excellence and fatigue-free operation and the cabin features a clear and visible instrument cluster. A comfortable ride makes the difference on long workdays with an air-suspended and heated seat.
Improved quality and strength
The TH7.32 telescopic handler features a double U-shaped welded robot that is extremely rigid and durable. The H-shaped ladder chassis has massive torsional strength and is designed to perform in the most demanding applications. New Holland uses state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques on the TH model production line. Robot welding is a key manufacturing process and ensures consistent quality during chassis and boom construction.
Hydraulic shock absorbers ensure smooth boom retraction and extension. Shock absorbers also protect the boom and operator from common shock loads. The TH7.32 is designed with a 40/60 weight distribution, eliminating the need for bolt-on counterweights, ensuring maximum stability and traction when loaded.
Superior lift geometry
With the TH7.32, the boom offset cylinder faces rearward near the hinge point and both cylinders extend in opposite directions as the boom is raised. This “opposite work” design greatly improves boom control and overall stability.
The lower center of gravity and longer ‘corner to corner’ wheelbase concept of 3m, together with the rear mounted boom act as an integrated counterweight making this telehandler hard to beat. It can lift objects of up to 7 m and has a capacity of 3.2 t.
Exceptional engine power and hydraulics
The TH 7.32’s 4-cylinder turbocharged 4.5-litre engine is Tier 3 compliant, with an outstanding 98kW of power and 549Nm of torque at 1500rpm, allowing it to tackle any task in comfort.
The powerful hydraulic system ensures a high performance variable displacement piston pump delivers a maximum of 140 litres/min, providing versatility in all conditions with two optional front auxiliary hydraulic outlets and additional rear auxiliary lines.
“The New Holland TH 7.32 Telehandler is a great choice for on-farm lifting and material handling thanks to increased lifting capacity, better reach, faster cycle time and maximum maneuverability and stability working loads. With all the power and torque a farmer needs to perform the most intensive tasks on all terrains, along with exceptional fuel efficiency, this new model will get the job done quickly and efficiently,” added Du Price
