LEBANON, Ind. – Police in Lebanon are investigating several car thefts reported over the weekend.
According to Lebanon’s police department, the attacks occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning. Residential cameras captured three people suspected of being involved.
One of the vehicles was an unmarked unit assigned to a Boone County Sheriff’s Office investigator. According to the sheriff’s office, the robbers stole a handgun from the vehicle.
The robbery investigation involves the Lebanon Police Department, the Boone County Sheriff’s Office and the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
