Baltimore County police arrested two teenagers early Tuesday after a carjacking and chase that damaged several vehicles. Police said officers responded to the 6600 block of Loch Hill Road around 12:25 a.m. for a property destruction call. When officers arrived, they realized several vehicles had been broken into. Officers then observed an unoccupied vehicle driving on Raven Hill and Loch Hill roads. Police said that’s when two teenagers jumped into the car and drove off. Police tried to stop the vehicle several times, but the driver did not stop, even pulling over an officer who tried to pull them over, according to police. The suspect also hit two police cars. Police said they eventually arrested the 15- and 14-year-old suspects at the intersection of Northwood Drive and Pentwood Road. They identified at least five vehicles that were hit by the suspects. The incident is still under investigation.
