A motorcyclist drove for miles through a coastal town without a tire, police said.
The woman, in her 80s, was seen driving all the way down the Acle Straight and passing [Great] Yarmouth on Monday, Norfolk police said.
Officers stopped her after being called by a member of the public who said she was seen swerving on the road and dragging the vehicle on the rim of the left rear tireless wheel for kilometres.
The driver received a report for a traffic violation due to the state of the vehicle, and the danger it presented to herself and other road users, the police reported on their Facebook page., external
