Inspection, expediting, auditing and technical staffing services provider Fulkrum has been awarded the 2023 King’s Award for Business: International Trade.
The King’s Award celebrates the outstanding achievement and significant contribution of businesses across the country, noted Fulkrum, who described the honor as the most prestigious award for UK business. The company said it has been providing its best services to the energy, engineering and construction industries since 2011.
With offices located in Corby, Aberdeen, Houston, Kuala Lumpur, Abu Dhabi, Rio de Janeiro, Mozambique, Italy, Guyana, India, Singapore and Australia, Fulkrum said it has built an excellent reputation for providing services around the clock of the day. some of the world’s leading operators, EPC contractors and service providers.
The company reported that between 2019 and 2021, overseas revenue grew by 68 percent, accounting for 87 percent of the company’s total turnover in 2021, “demonstrating the continued success of its global growth strategy”.
Supporting the ever-increasing demands of complex projects across the industry, Fulkrum’s services include a variety of solutions, but notes that its primary focus is on the welding, coating, electrical test inspection disciplines, mechanical and non-destructive for projects in all segments of the energy sector.

The King’s Award for Enterprise, previously titled the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, was renamed after the accession of King Charles III. The winners of the 2023 award were announced on 21 April by the Department of Business and Trade, marking the birthday of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
