STATEN ISLAND, NY – A car crashed into a fence in a crash on a major access road to the Korean War Veterans Memorial Parkway in Rossville during Monday morning’s rush hour.
The crash was reported around 7:15 a.m. on Drumgoole Road West, near Parkwood Avenue, between Foster Road and Maguire Avenue.
A dark colored Hyundai Elantra sustained significant front end damage when it crashed into a chain link fence between the woods and the road.
Damage was also seen to the rear of a red Mazda CX5.
