RUBiS Energy has rebranded ten new additional service stations in Uganda, further extending its high-quality, affordable products and services closer to customers in Uganda.
Brand new service stations that include; RUBiS is strategically located to offer a wide range of high quality products and services including UltraTec petrol and diesel, convenience stores, lubricants and car service.
Rubis entered Uganda following the acquisition of several companies in East Africa by the French multinational Rubis Energie in 2019.
In Uganda, Rubis acquired Kobil Uganda Ltd and Delta Petroleum Ltd and since then, the company has been investing heavily in improving the look of the acquired assets and expanding its presence in East Africa.
The rebranding of the declared service stations in Uganda contributed to a total of 330 stations already under the Rubis brand in East Africa by the end of March 2023.
According to Olivier Gatera, country manager of RUBiS Energy Uganda, the 10 additional service stations highlighted in Uganda underlines its commitment to meet the energy needs of its customers.
“These stations are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
“They come with our state-of-the-art Enjoy stores, RUBiS card and app services, which are designed to enhance the shopping and dining experience of our customers across Uganda,” Gatera said.
Gatera said they are aware of the high cost of living faced by many Ugandans due to inflationary pressures in the economy.
“That’s partly why we’ve introduced UltraTec, the advanced fuel technology to clean your engine, giving you extra mileage,” he said.

RUBiS service stations will also offer free vehicle checks to customers and the general public was advised to take advantage of this offer to ensure their cars are in good condition.
