Summary: Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023 Rebel 300 (CMX300) motorcycles. The right engine crank cover was incorrectly painted, allowing the snap plug to fall out.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the right crankcase cover free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be sent by email on June 5, 2023. Owners may contact Honda Customer Service at 1-800-784-1870. Honda’s number for this recall is KP2.
