A restaurant is closed after a car crashed into a building in New Lebanon Saturday afternoon.

Officers and medics were dispatched to the China Dragon shortly after 7pm Saturday night on initial reports of a car crashing into a building, according to dispatchers.
A new driver was trying to park his car when it jumped the parking blocks in front of the business and came to rest against the front wall, New Lebanon police wrote on their social media page.
New Lebanon police footage shows damage to the building and one of the windows.
No injuries were reported.
The restaurant is closed until a structural engineer assesses the building and necessary repairs are made, police said.
The Dixie Thrift, located next door to the restaurant, will not be affected and is open for regular business hours.
