The pursuit of a black car in the Pico-Unió area ended with the arrest of at least two people on Wednesday night.
The pursuit vehicle is believed to be stolen, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
During the chase, three passengers got out of the car and were later arrested.
The driver stayed in the Pico-Union area, driving through LA Live near the Crypto.com arena.
Police attempted to deploy spike strips in areas where the driver continued to drive through more than once.
The driver was also believed to be armed and dangerous, according to the LAPD.
At least two tires were punctured, but the driver continued.
Sparks soon began to fly from the vehicle until it finally ended up at Calle Alvarado and Boulevard Olímpic.
The driver and another passenger were arrested.
