Texaco Lubricants is pleased to announce the introduction of Texaco Delo 400 XSP SAE 5W-20, a high-performance synthetic motor oil designed to provide robust protection and optimal fuel economy in high-performance, low-emission engines used in severe road applications. .
Delo 400 XSP SAE 5W-20 features advanced ISOSYN technology, which uses high performance and low SAPS additive systems. Meets the latest MAN M3977 standards for modern diesel engines with diesel particulate filters and the latest Euro 6D emissions requirements.
The product is designed to optimize fuel economy performance while helping to maintain reliable protection against component wear and engine life. Its low viscosity synthetic base oil technology promotes cold starting and diesel engine performance in sub-zero temperatures. In addition, it is formulated to minimize wear, debris and hole polishing, as well as aid in soot dispersion and help reduce maintenance time and cost.
From an environmental perspective, Delo 400 XSP SAE 5W-20 low ash additives help provide protection for diesel particulate filters, exhaust gas recirculation and catalytic converter systems. Engine oil promotes the reliable operation of engine aftertreatment systems throughout the life of the system, and its high-performance additives and base oil provide protection against wear, oxidation and control of ‘thickening of mud and oil, while helping to prolong oil drainage.
Delo 400 XSP SAE 5W-20 has been specially developed for use in MAN Euro 6D commercial vehicles and is recommended for use in the latest generation of MAN trucks and buses requiring MAN M3977 approved engine oils. This includes vehicle types E, F, J and K with D26 and D38 engines equipped with EFR and SCR+CRT and D2676 and D3876 engines. The product has also been developed for on-highway light and heavy trucks and for modern heavy-duty engines equipped with diesel particulate filters in accordance with owner’s manual recommendations.
