AUBURN, Wash. – One person is dead and three others are injured after the car they were riding in crashed into a home in Auburn.
The crash at the home in the 4000 block of Auburn Way South happened around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday.
Auburn police said the car was eastbound when the driver lost control and crashed into the home. Several people in the car were ejected.
There were four people inside the car. Three people were seriously injured and one person died.
No one inside the home was injured.
Police said they believe speed was a factor in the crash.
As of 5 a.m., police said the road was expected to be closed for several hours at the scene of the crash.
