A major update is coming to Gran Turismo 7 at the end of March. Update 1.31 included a number of new features, cars and track updates, which should add more excitement to the popular racing video game. Even better, the new version is free, which was released on March 29, 2023.
Two historic Porsches have been added to the game with the latest Gran Turismo 7 update, the Porsche 959 and the 904 Porsche Carrera GTS. Meanwhile, a Mazda 3 X Burgundy Selection has also been added, as well as a Toyota Alphard MPV. The 2019 Audi RS 5 Turbo DTM is also available to players.

In addition, two new layouts have been added to the Nurburgring track: the Nurburgring Endurance and the Nurburgring Sprint, offering players new challenges and opportunities to improve their skills. The game’s World Circuit section showcases new events, including the Japanese 4WD Challenge 600 and World Touring Cars 800 at Nurburgring, the Porsche Cup at Kyoto Driving Park, and the Japanese 4WD Challenge 600 at Tokyo Expressway.
Added “Sakura” as a Featured Heal to the Scapes section, allowing players to display their favorite cars against a beautiful backdrop of cherry blossoms. The Cafe section of the game also features two additional new menus, as well as new conversation sets with the car designers and characters featured in the game, including Mr. Freeman Thomas and Mr. Fabio Filippini.
The 1.31 patch update also adds support for 120Hz output and variable refresh rate (VRR) to the display settings, providing players with smoother and more responsive gameplay. The game also now includes keyboard camera switching in lobby races, and different penalty settings and race rules in online championships.
Finally, the latest update of Gran Turismo 7 uses several improvements and adjustments to the game, such as adjustments to the car physics simulation model and assistance settings, revised prices of Legend Cars (Hagerty Collection) based on live ratings and up-to-date target times and leaderboards for all events within Circuit Experience.
