Along with the construction of a new handling course at its Atlanta Experience Center, Porsche has undertaken a massive expansion of the restoration of the Porsche Classic Factory. Since 2018, the restoration and parts division has meticulously rejuvenated Porsche models that have been out of production for at least 10 years.
Most recently, Porsche Classic teamed up with Exclusive Manufaktur, the automaker’s bespoke division, for Sonderwunsch, a program dedicated to creating unique vehicles that are available with changes such as paint color and trim pieces , as well as adjustments to the drivetrain and suspension of a given vehicle. While we were in Atlanta to see the new track, we were also given a tour of the new Porsche Classic building and saw some really special vehicles. Read on for the highlights.
