HOLLISTON, MA — Authorities are investigating a fatal car crash in Holliston that happened Saturday night.
Holliston Police responded to the area of 717 Highland Street for the report of a single motor vehicle accident.
The preliminary investigation shows a vehicle was traveling southbound on Highland Street at a high rate of speed. The vehicle then overturned, left the roadway and struck a tree, according to police.
Upon arrival, the driver and passenger of the vehicle were pronounced dead.
The Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section and Crime Scene Services are assisting with the ongoing investigation.
The Assistant Middlesex District Attorney has been assigned to this incident.
