City police told 11 News they received reports of a car fire around 2:45 p.m. in the 1700 block of Ramblewood Road in Northeast Baltimore. the vehicle on fire and people fleeing from the vehicle. SkyTeam 11 reported that residential video cameras showed the vehicle on fire and people running from the vehicle.
