Monica Lynn Berninger, 42, of 1920 Green Ave., has been charged with felony theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for stealing her mother’s 2002 Toyota Camry from outside from his mother’s home in the 1100 block of Almond St in February. 19, the municipal police reported in court documents. The vehicle was found abandoned three days later near the mother’s home, police said. After her arraignment before Judge Aaron Biichle, Berninger was released on $25,000 bail.
