Two Alabama men were killed in a car crash early Saturday morning, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Shamerian Lewis, a 26-year-old from Dixons Mills, and Cordarrel Robinson, a 32-year-old from Mobile, were both passengers in a car that left the road and struck several trees before overturning.
Neither victim was wearing a seat belt, officers said, and both were pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday on Alabama 17, about nine miles south of York in Sumter County.
