SAGINAW TWP, MI – Another new car wash is proposed for Saginaw Township, this time at the former Bennigan’s site on Tittabawassee Road.
Farmington, N.Y.-based PJ Land Development LLC is seeking approval of a special use permit to build a 3,620-square-foot Tidal Wave Auto Spa at 3095 Tittabawassee Road. If approved, the existing former Bennigan’s restaurant would be demolished to make way for the new development.
The proposed car wash is on the agenda for the Monday, Feb. 27 Saginaw Township Board meeting.
Tidal Wave Auto Spa was founded in 1999 in Thomaston, Georgia and now has more than 145 locations in 21 states, according to the company’s website.
Another new car wash, Tommy’s Express Car Wash, was built in Saginaw Township and opened in recent months at the former State Lanes site at 5707 State St.
