Car carrier overturns on its side on I-95 exit ramp
A crash closed an Interstate 95 exit ramp Monday afternoon in Howard County. See the traffic map here. SkyTeam 11 reported that a pickup truck towing cars flipped onto its side on the ramp from southbound I-95 to eastbound Maryland Route 32 toward Jessup.
