Launched in India last year, the TVS Ronin it is powered by a 225.9cc oil-cooled single-cylinder SOHC engine that delivers 20.5PS of peak power and 19.93Nm of peak torque. The engine is coupled to a 5-speed transmission with assist and slipper clutch. As of now, the Ronin is priced from Rs 1.49 lakh to Rs 1.71 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in four variants.

The model MS Dhoni has opted for is the high-end variant of the bike, finished in the Galactic Gray paint scheme. This variant has disc brakes at both ends with dual channel ABS. On the equipment front, the Ronin has an LED headlight, LED turn signals, all-LED taillight, alloy wheels, a digital speedometer and adjustable levers. The motorcycle has 2 different ABS modes: rain and urban.
The keys to the new TVS Ronin were handed over to MS Dhoni by Vimal Sumbly, the Premium Motorcycle Business Head of TVS Motor Company. An automotive enthusiast, Dhoni was also recently snapped riding his TVS Apache RR 310 motorcycle in his hometown Ranchi, fitted with an aftermarket Akrapovic exhaust system.
